Q: I’m really nervous. Is this going to be a problem?

A: Not at all. For well over 30 years we’ve been training nervous drivers from all over the world. If you weren’t nervous about driving, that would be a problem. Everyone is quite scared when they begin. You will be surprised how quickly you get past the nervous stage.

Q: Do I have to schedule my own Road Test appointment with the DMV if I’m going with your school?

A: No, we bring hundreds of our students for their license Road Tests. We will schedule your appointment for you.

Q: Where can I take my permit test?

A: Just call our office and we can tell you where the closest exam station is to where you live or work.

Q: Is the 7 1/2 hour package enough training for a new driver?

A: In most cases it’s enough to cover all the things you’ll be asked to do on the Road Test. Your instructor will be able to tell you after your first lesson if he feels the package will be enough to get you ready for the test.

Q: How soon after I get my permit can I take my license test?

A: If you are older than 19 you can take your Road Test after 3 months. If you are under 19 you must wait 6 months. If you have had a permit or license from another state or country, the DMV will waive the waiting period.

Q: I just need to work on my parking. Can I take a lesson just for parking?

A: Yes. Students can take lessons to work on whatever skill they want to brush up on.
